Information we collect

When you apply for management we collect the details you send us: name, contact details, age verification, social handles, platform links and anything you choose to include in your application.

When you use this website we collect basic technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referral source. This is used to understand how the site performs.

How we use it

To review applications, respond to enquiries, deliver management services, produce reporting for creators we work with, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share creator data with third parties for their own marketing.

Sharing and processors

We use a small number of service providers to run our business, such as hosting, email, analytics and payment processing. They only receive what they need to perform their service and are required to keep it confidential.

We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect the safety of a creator or our team.

Storage and security

Access to creator information is limited to the people working on that account. We use two-factor authentication, restricted permissions and documented handover processes.

We keep application data for as long as it is needed to consider or manage the relationship, and then delete it on request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

To make a request, email agency@glossytalent.com. We respond within 30 days.
