You must be 18 years or older and able to provide valid government identification to apply for management. Applications that cannot be verified are declined.
You confirm that any material you send us is your own and that you have the right to share it.
Submitting an application does not create a management relationship. Any engagement begins only when a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.
That agreement sets out scope, term, fees, notice periods and termination. Where it differs from these terms, the signed agreement takes priority.
You own your accounts, your content and your audience. We do not claim rights over your material beyond what is needed to perform agreed services.
The Glossy name, brand, site design and written material remain our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Figures, case examples and estimator tools shown on this site are illustrative. Individual results vary and are not a guarantee of earnings or performance.
To the extent permitted by law, Glossy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
